A Fun Place to Shop
It’s time for fun summer clothes. As the weather gets warmer, it’s time to start thinking about swingy skirts, chic sandals and funky accessories. At Frolics Boutique, 4689 South Holladay Blvd., women can find all kinds of unique fashions at great prices. Chelsea Roth-Abbott and her husband Michael own the fun, fashion shop and invite everyone to stop by to see the fantastic selection.
“I’ve always loved clothes, shoes, handbags and jewelry, as do most women,” Chelsea says. “To have my own store is really exciting.”
Frolics offers clothing items from many different vendors and Chelsea guarantees girls and women of every age can find something fun at the boutique. Colorful maxi-dresses, cute cover-ups, trendy accessories and tons of hats are available at Frolics, with prices to fit every budget.
Original handbags from Harveys feature the popular “seat belt” bag in a variety of colors and styles. With Frolics one of only two stores in Utah to carry the handbags, Chelsea is pleased to offer such a unique product.
“I’d never heard of them until I bought this place but now I see them everywhere,” she says. “They come in all colors and they use different artists to create fun designs.”

For clothing options, among the collections Frolics carries is the trendy line from Free People.
“They have good quality things,” Chelsea says. “It’s a huge company and a huge line so it’s very exciting. They just have fun, funky clothes. They have lots to offer.”
T he variety at Frolics is remarkable and inventory changes frequently. There are always chic items at bargain prices in the Sale Room. “I definitely want to have great prices,” Chelsea says. “I don’t want to gouge anyone.”
Frolics Boutique is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. For more information, contact Chelsea at 272-2802 or by email at frolicsemail@yahoo.com. “It’s a nice, small little store,” Chelsea says. “I’m happy, friendly and I’m the owner and the only one that works here. I have a lot of lines other boutiques aren’t going to carry. You’re not going to see these things at Nordstrom or Anthropologie.”
